What kind of businesses would benefit from WaveRez®?
WaveRez was developed for the watersport industry but is used successfully in other industries as well! WaveRez works great for dolphin tours, parasailing, sunset cruises, pontoon/jet-ski/kayak/paddleboard/beach chair rentals, fishing charters, ATV rentals, snowmobile rentals, and more!
Is there a setup fee?
There is a $300 set up fee. This covers the full set up of the system from setting up payment to creating activities/schedules and training.
How long does it take to setup?
That can depend on many factors, but generally it takes 2 weeks from start to finish.
Can I still use my current credit card processor?
Yes as long as it is compatible with the Authorize.net payment gateway.If your processor does not offer a connection to Authorize.net, please contact us.
Do I have to pay a commission for every online booking?
For every online reservation, there is a 4-6% booking fee, depending on your annual gross revenue. This gets passed this along to your customers.
Is it easy to use for someone that isn’t computer literate?
Yes, it’s very easy to use. A support rep will assist in setup and training. Plus, there is a support portal that offers support topics as well as live chat access to our support team.
Will I be able to use it without internet?
The software is only accessible through devices connected to the internet at this time. We support mobile devices and tablets as well, all accessible through the cloud.
Does my business have to be local?
Absolutely not! We offer setup, support, and training virtually to help your business succeed wherever you are.
