Helping people comes naturally for me, so coming on to the WaveRez team as a Customer Support Agent was an easy decision. Transplanting to WaveRez from 10+ years as a CPT and a Director in a Total HealthCare System plus being a small business owner has allowed me to carry wisdom from all facets of the work environment. The experience and knowledge that these positions have required me to come up against enable me to better understand our partners and help them overcome whatever software obstacle they may come up against.
