At WaveRez, we’re constantly working to improve the platform and help operators increase revenue, streamline operations, and deliver a better customer experience. Here’s a look at some of our latest updates and what we’re working on next.

New: Reseller Marketplace Powered by TripShock

We’re excited to announce the launch of the WaveRez Reseller Marketplace in partnership with TripShock.

This new feature allows operators to sell hundreds of additional activities directly through their business and earn commissions on every booking. It’s a great way to generate additional revenue while offering guests more experiences to choose from.

  • Selling alternative activities when your inventory is sold out
  • Offering upsells and cross-sells for experiences you don’t currently provide
  • Expanding your product catalog without adding operational complexity
  • Creating additional revenue streams from existing customers

Getting started is completely free, and operators can earn commissions of up to 12%.

The Reseller Marketplace is currently available in select destinations. Contact our team to learn whether it’s available in your market.

Updated: Enhanced Sales Report in V2

We’ve released an update to the Sales Report in WaveRez V2.

The new report includes:

  • Daily sales totals
  • Improved report layout and design
  • CSV exports
  • PDF exports
  • Better visualization of OTA-generated revenue
  • Faster access to key performance metrics

This is the first of several reporting enhancements planned for V2. Additional reports will be added in upcoming releases.

Need access to legacy reports? Don’t worry, V1 remains available and continues to provide the full suite of reporting tools while we expand V2 functionality.

Coming Soon

Pay by Text and Email During Booking Creation

Many operators use payment requests to collect balances from customers.

Currently, payment requests can only be sent after a booking has already been created. Soon, you’ll be able to send a “Pay by Text” or “Pay by Email” request while creating the reservation itself, helping you complete transactions faster and reduce manual follow-up.

Enhanced Notes on Manifest and Matrix Views

We’ve heard your feedback regarding how notes are displayed in V2.

Many operators have requested that notes behave more like they did in V1, particularly within the Manifest and Inventory Matrix views. Our team is actively working on improvements to make notes more visible and easier to access while maintaining the performance and usability improvements of V2.

Expanded Webhook Access

We’re expanding our webhook capabilities to give operators and integration partners access to even more real-time data from WaveRez.

Upcoming enhancements will include webhook support for waiver information and crew assignments, making it easier to automate workflows, connect third-party systems, and keep your operational data synchronized across platforms.

Have ideas? Let us know!

We’re committed to delivering the tools operators need to run and grow their businesses. As always, we appreciate your feedback and feature suggestions.

If you have questions about any of these updates or would like to learn more about upcoming releases, please check out our roadmap.
