Troubleshooting: Why are my updates not showing on the Booking Portal?

If a user is making changes under System Setup to either Trips or Equipment and once they select “Save” the changes are not showing in the Booking Portal, the user needs to contact Support.
Why? Some changes have to be approved including some images, content, address updates, etc…
So if one of these changes are made and are not reflecting just reach out to your Support Team for assistance.
