If something happens with a piece of equipment that will be out of inventory for a while you have the option to put that equipment on Maintenance Mode.

Go to Settings > Resources > Trips…select your Trip…then select the Equipment tab.

Here you will see a list of your Equipment and a checkbox for Maintenance Mode.

Simply check the box of the Equipment to shut it down.

Once editing has been completed, click save at the bottom of the screen.

To remove Equipment from Maintenance Mode, simply uncheck the box and select Save.
